We want you to try out everything that makes up the new Ironstone Fitness program. To that end we challenge you to try each of our new classes and see what you think – Free! If you do, you could win a sweet prize, just follow these steps:
1. Check the schedule below and pick a class.
2. Use the link on each item to signup for class online and reserve your spot.
3. Come to class and either post to social media with #IronstoneFitnessLaunch or have your instructor sign a physical bingo card instead. You can get them at lululemon Halifax, Envie, 7 Bays, Young & Kempt Physio, or at Ironstone!
4. Attend at least 4 classes throughout the week and you will be automatically entered in the draw when you hand in your card or we count your hashtag posts. Simple!

What is Ironstone Fitness?
Ironstone Fitness is a series of group classes that are programmed to target specific areas of functional fitness that are necessary for a full and balanced life. If you always loved what we do at Ironstone but committing to CrossFit really isn’t your thing then this might be the perfect fitness program for you! Each class type targets a different point on what we call the golden triangle of Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility. This allows you to build your own personal fitness program by incorporating what you need without sacrificing what you already do and love. Enjoy spin class? Hit up our forged STRENGTH class to get a dose of strength biased interval training. Already a yoga regular elsewhere? Try combusted HIIT for some high intensity interval training and get your #cardio on. For flexibility we offer tempered and rendered YOGA classes. With Ironstone Fitness we have what you need to achieve balance in an efficient and fun group class format.

Our take on High Intensity Interval Training. Hammer your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning with workouts designed using a variety of methods and work to rest ratios.
forged. STRENGTH
We call this class Strength Biased Interval Training. Exactly what you need to build lean, strong muscles and build a durable frame. This class focuses on building strength and power while keeping your heart rate at moderate intensity.
tempered. YOGA
This class builds heat quickly and is designed to cultivate strength, focus, increased flexibility and movement linked to breath. Not exactly a traditional Power Flow Class but certainly close to it.
rendered. YOGA
This class offers a chance to release tension, to reach the deeper tissues of the body, to build focus in stillness, and is a perfect compliment to more active physical practices. Yin Yoga for those who push their bodies hard.
community. SWEAT
Not one of our new classes but a Saturday tradition we have been rocking since the day we opened. Always FREE, always sweaty. This is a bootcamp style class focused on bodyweight exercise and muscular endurance.
