Community is how we build connection and make fitness accessible to all. This bootcamp style workout uses mostly bodyweight and low skill conditioning movements to build your physical and mental endurance. This class can be as hard or as easy as you make it whether you are a true beginner or an advanced athlete. Be ready to sweat with up to 40 soon-to-be friends.

If you want to see what Ironstone is all about this is a great way to checkout the facility and our vibe without any commitment. If you just want to get in a good sweat with friends, this is also a great way to do so. Come as many times as you like, no charge.
This is not a classic CrossFit class due to the space, equipment and safety constraints of running such a big class with a wide variety of skill levels. Still, if you like your experience a staff member would be happy to talk to you about how you can try a true CrossFit class, get signed up for foundations or get more information.
